About the Club

Our Story

Founded in 1922, the Beaconsfield Cricket Club — the Tigers — has been part of the fabric of the town for over a century. What started as a handful of locals and a paddock has grown into a thriving club with senior and junior programs, a proud honour board and clubrooms at Perc Allison Reserve that feel like a second home to hundreds of families.

Through droughts, wars, boom years and rebuilding seasons, the constant has been the people — the players, volunteers and families who turn up. We celebrated our centenary in 2022, and our honour boards tell that story better than any history page could.

Today the club is as strong as it has ever been, and the next chapter is always being written. Come and be part of it.

Child Safety

Beaconsfield Cricket Club is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people involved in our programs. We have zero tolerance for child abuse, and all committee members, coaches and volunteers working with juniors hold current Working with Children Checks.

Our full Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct, aligned to the Victorian Child Safe Standards, will be published here. In the meantime, copies are available from the club secretary, and any concerns can be raised confidentially with the club's Child Safety Officer.

Codes of Conduct

All players, officials, parents and spectators are expected to uphold the spirit of cricket — respect for opponents, umpires, teammates and the game itself.
